В англійському реченні існує фіксований порядок слів. Міняти місцями головні члени речення не можна.
Питання в англійській мові починається із допоміжного дієслова. Але, якщо це - спеціальне питання із питальними словами (where, why, when та інші), то вони ставляться на першому місці перед допоміжним дієсловом.
